Following the submission of this RMA form, a member of our support team will get in contact with you to find the root of the issue with your product. If the unit is suspected to be defective, you will be invited to ship the product to our warehouse.
Shipping costs related to returns and RMA requests are always the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
Requests for warranty will be examined by one of our technicians: if the warranty doesn’t apply, fees of 125$/h will be charged.
